A picture from where USA XC Nationals will be held. I ran an easy 6 out there yesterday and enjoyed the clear skies and the perfect fall weather. I cant say it will be quite as nice come February, but it will be a great event nonetheless.

I wonder if they are going to do some leveling work on the 2K loop around the cornfield. It was a bit rutty when I ran it.
I ran an easy 6 but my legs felt like I ran a medium 10. I guess its a true xc course. I would be interested to see how spikes would help me out on the course.
