30 miles

I hit a little over 30 for the week last week and finished up with a 50 minute long run on Sunday. I am actually a little more tired than i expected, but I am not doing any workouts or races anytime soon, so its not a big deal. I might have to stay at the mileage to let my body catch up or just keep running more and more to see how my body responds.
