Fitness

Apparently I am way more out of shape than I thought I would be. As a result, I am going to start doing runs shorter than 5 miles when I feel the need. I had decided that I wanted to try and keep the runs at or past 5 miles, and slowly build up from there. Unfortunately my legs arent having any of that 5 mile talk. I ran 6 miles today, but I know tomorrow will probably be a struggle. So if I even run tomorrow, I will ditch the 5 mile stigma that I created.
